Martin spent twenty years as a teacher in London and has since presented and delivered workshops at a range of different events including ResearchEd. He is an author, including ‘Trivium 21c’ and more recently ‘Athena versus the machine’. Martin is an expert on curriculum design and is an advocate for the traditional methods of education, the liberal arts.

Blake, AP Psychology teacher from Alabama, USA, is the author of the fantastic blog ‘The Effortful Educator’ and is a regular on the ResearchEd community. He has been teaching for over a decade and has an affinity for all things cognition and psychology. Blake’s ability to bridge the gap between research and the classroom makes this a must see presentation for anyone involved across the education sector!
